Diva and Christie came to Braecrest for help in overcoming some training obstacles from their past. With Diva's good looks and kind soul, and Christie's determination and dedication to working through their troubles, they are sure to succeed. As a trainer, I (Claire) find it very encouraging and inspiring to see a younger generation so dedicated and willing like I was at that age.
Within a few weeks, we had Diva back on track, and Christie learning how to manage and ride through any situations they might come across. Near the end of their stay, we went to a schooling show and Diva and Christie jumped around their courses very well. No quitting, no spooking, well done! At the end of May, Christie and Diva joined us at the Caledon Eglinton Hunter Pace for a change of scenery and a new adventure. Christie did a fantastic job riding the mare covering all sorts of terrain, from hills, to wetland, to wooden bridges! A refreshing fun day for horse and rider, to remind us all what riding is really about.
