Romantic Pursuit wins 1st place CSH Yearling Filly, and Junior Grand Champion! Hot Gossip, owned by Val Smith, competed in the Governor General and the Lieutenant Governor General Cup Classes at the 2006 RAWF. She was handled and ridden by Claire.
Hot Gossip (Norman) competed under saddle and made her owner proud. Her warm up was fantastic, and truly an educational experience. She performed beautifully in her class, never missing a beat.
Well done Norman, and congratulations Val, for chosing such a quality youngster and giving her the best start possible.
Wasabi (below) competed in the Governor General Cup Class. She turned heads with her fantastic movement, and presence. She went out there and did her job, making her owner Alex very proud. Congratulations Alex on your lovely mare, her true quality and temperment will take her to the top for you.
Romantic Pursuit was a true star in the Canadian Sport Horse Classes on November 9th.
She handled the experience very well, displaying her excellent disposition and temperment. With a tough class of yearling fillies, Romantic Pursuit came home with the first place ribbon! It's truely exciting for us to have our first home bred baby do so well at such a presigious show.
Along with her first place ribbon, Romantic Pursuit came home with the Junior Grand Champion title!
