We presented a weanling filly and a two year old filly at the 2007 CEWS in Orangeville. Bred and owned by Westover Farm, these spectacular young fillies were the talk of the sale. Revel Sel de Mer is a 2 year old registered Selle Francais mare. She is sired by Jamestown, and out of Kalonja (Panama) by Pablo. The dam was imported by Spruce Meadows,
and competed very successful on the jumper circuit before becoming a broodmare. Panama K is the weanling filly we presented, sired by Ulando, out of Kalonja (Panama) by Pablo. A stunning filly with great promise. Claire lightly started Lily (Revel Sel de Mer) under saddle, throughout August and September, in preparation for the sale. After only a few weeks of actual under saddle work, the filly rode around the ring at Orangeville with several other horses like an old pro. What a fantastic disposition.
Panama K (Blossom), was on her best behavior the entire weekend, and placed 4th in the foal Canadian Warmblood Foal futurity, against some very tough competition! Thank you to Janice Zealand for the opportunity to prepare and represent these wonderful young fillies.
