"When I first brought my horse to Claire, Diva had a lot of trust issues, and was shutting down at shows, refusing to go over jumps or even move forward.
Claire helped both Diva and I to work through those issues so that we could trust each other.
At the same time Claire helped me to learn more about what my horse was thinking and feeling, and this has helped me to become a better rider. "
"Claire taught me the importance of getting my horse to trust me, and to listen to me, first on the ground through round penning, and then in the saddle. We worked out a plan together on how to get Diva back to being a horse I now look forward to showing. Even though Diva is no longer at Claire's, Claire continues to be a great source of knowledge and support for me.
While at Claire's Diva and I worked hard, but Diva also got the chance to be a horse again, as she was able to enjoy full-day turnouts almost every day. I hope that Claire will have the room so that we are able to send Diva back to Claire for a tune-up every now and then.
